Our firm will assist in reviewing offers and drafting counter-offers, drafting seller documentations, including deeds, bill of sale, affidavits, corporate resolutions and any other documentation required to close the sale of the property, communicate with the title company and ensure compliance with the title commitment, negotiate and draft extensions if requires, and representation the day of closing to review all documents and ensure a successful closing.

Buyer Representation

Buying a property can be a very stressful process. Our office can draft offers and contracts and negotiate terms of the agreement with sellers and/or their agents. We also ensure compliance with sales/purchase contract to ensure the client does not default and risk losing their deposit. We negotiate and draft extensions if required and are inconstant communication with the title company, seller, and lender to ensure a successful and timely closing.
